Came across a really cool website this weekend... google Dayton Speedway Lives. You could spend hours on this site reading and looking at all of the old pics. For anyone not familar with the Dayton Speedway it was a high banked asphalt half mile located on the west side of Dayton, Ohio. It was one of the 3 highly regarded "hills" along with Winchester and Salem. Some good memories for us older guys and should be interesting for the younger guys. It was permanently closed in 1982.

Great site with some very knowledgeable folks. Just gave them a bunch of pictures of my Grandfather's modifieds\super modifieds from back in the 50's at the Piqua car show earlier in the month to put up on the site.
