Belleville High Banks finally updated their web site. The Belleville Midget Ntionasl will be Aug 3 and 4. Unfortunately, USAC will be running sprint cars five straight nights Aug 3 through Aug 7.

Last year, USAC scheudled one night against the Nationals, but many drivers were at Belleville. This year USAC scheduled both nights. Who do you think will be at the midget nationals.

It appears to be an unsanctioned race, but the pay looks very good.

As someone in USAC said, midgets who needs'em. They seem to be doing a good job of trying to kill off that series. Scheduling against Belleville is a perfect example.

Doing things like this, I can understand the growth of POWERi the last few years.

I think the USAC Midget Plymouth Palooza race at Plymouth July 6 & 7 will be a party were a race will break out. Friday night asphalt racing a band and party with free camping after. Then Saturday they plan on having a Midway with alot of things to do during the day. I heard a dunk tank for the drivers with proceeds going towards Spinal Cord research. (Maybe Tracy Hines will help!!!) Then Saturday night. I heard that Indy Parts is putting up $500 bonus to win both shows. and I also heard another preson is matching that. Wow $1000 bonus..
