It is still raining pretty steady as of three am. we have had about three quarters of an inch of rain in the past few hours. I am in no way telling anyone what to do this weekend, just passing along info that was ask for.

One big problem looming if the predictions hold true for the weekend is Indy 500 qualifying. They've already lost one of two days not to mention the majority of practice time. Day 3 (Saturday) has a 40% chance of rain with scattered T-storms. Bump Day (Sunday) also is predicted to be T-storms. If both days are lost than teams will be qualifying during the week. Rain is usually part of any May at the Speedway but I'm hard pressed to remember a May as rainy as this one.

So, how is it looking for tonight ? Thinking of making the trek down from Michigan. I've been eating bread and water this week saving up for gas money for Gas City.
