I am trying to compile information for as many tracks as I can. (All-time winners, champions, results, etc.)

I am currently focusing on the Danbury CT Fairgrounds (AKA Danbury Racearena) that ran from the early 1900s-1981. I have an Excel spreadsheet that has races back to 1940. I know that they ran races on the 1/2 mile prior to the midgets running weekly on the 1/5 mile in the 1940s.

Does anyone have anything that they are able to add?

Modifieds there ran under a set of rules particular to that track only, on there weekly shows They may have also been the last track around to switch from flatheads to overhead valves. Some time in the early seventies , I think.
