My brother found this HARF patch at a local antique store, back in the summer. I had it with me on a trip to Putnamville, where I had hope to find out how old it was, 80's I'm guessing. No one seemed to know. Maybe some one here, will. Thanks in advance.

The harf decal from driver of the year 1976 had a blue car , think it was late 70's
