I'am taking my three grandsons to eldora this weekend. On saturday morning or early afternoon i would like to take them horseback riding. Any ideas where or other things to do they are all 11 through 16 years old.

Dayton is not too far away and the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson is awesome.

Visit Annie Oakley's grave nearby in Ohio. I'm sure that would really get them fired up. OK, maybe not.

Mike, that evening there is an autograph session scheduled. And there might be a vintage car or two that the owners may let them try out. (Sit in the seat)

Earlier in the day they could come up to Adams County and play with the Sword Men of Monroe.

Races held periodically on the coffee table.

USAC .25 Midget Dirt Nationals
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

I'm sure they would enjoy watching the 1/4 midgets run on the Little E track.

That may be another good plan for Saturday. I'll run it by the Thundering Herd.

Go down to Greenville on 118, and get Made Rite for lunch. Bring cash though, no plastic welcome there.

If you go early enough in the morning on Saturday, I would say the Wright Patt AFB in Dayton.

Wright Patt is my suggestion... I think its free to get in and also there is a IMAX with fighter jet movies. We checked it out in the spring when the WoO were at Eldora and my 14 yr old thought it was cool.
