There was a post/thread a few weeks back regarding rainouts and the effect they had on tracks. It discussed the costs a track/promotor incurred with a rainout for fuel, insurance, concessions, etc. I don't remember if this was just a link to a post/article somewhere else or the actual thread that was started. Does anyone remember where it was and able to provide the link or send me in the right direction?
