I'm going to guess Jay Drake?? I think he raced Pete Willoughby's midget for a while around that time frame.

I don't remember pete having a 68 though. 67 and 71 but not a 68

Thought that it might have been Jonathan Hendrick, HOWEVER if that picture was taken in 2000, he would have been 10 years old.

I remember Ricky Shelton driving a Kunz #68 around that time.

Well the photo is titled "Jay"... However if its not Jay Drake, im pretty sure its Brad Kuhn. I believe he drove for Kunz a handful of times in the year 2000

Edit... thinking about it, that was more like 2002 or so. Its probably Ricky "the armed bandit" Shelton.
