How much do you torque the nuts on the spindles, or is it just a guess. We always seem to get them too loose after maintenence and have to adjust them at the track after hot laps. We use Sanders step spindles with aluminum castle nuts and DMI hubs. Would the new type nuts with the allen set screws work any better?

I just Googled "tapered wheel bearing torque", lot's of info there, but most of it has been in use for years. Take the time to read it, it's "painless"! Bob!
