Kilgore TX (8/7/11), by DarinShort.com. As of Sunday afternoon, August 7th, RaceSaver® Sprint division entries to the Oct. 13-15 LoneStar Sprint Nationals have closed.
More than 60 RaceSaver® Sprint teams are now registered and we will be publishing their final entry list in the days to come.
A quickly growing field of Sprint Car division teams have also entered...right at 40 at the time of this writing. Those early entries will also be posted in the days to come. And after Knoxville is over, another wave of those entries will come in, as many of those drivers are there and concentrating on the business at hand.
We would like to once again thank all of those teams for standing behind this special event and we're proud to be able to host it.
For those teams missing out for this year's event, it's possible that next year we may adjust the format to accomodate more RaceSaver® Sprint teams. A decision on next year's event will most likely be published during the off season.
