This Saturday July 23rd we will be starting racing one hour later due to excessive heat. Hot laps will start at 7pm. The gates will open at normal times. Racing this weekend will be the Lawrenceburg Chevrolet Sprints, the Budweiser UMP Modifieds and the Impact Sports Purestocks. This is also our Christmas In July event.

It is also HARF/DARF/BARC Night's at the races. Memebers can present a valid membership card along with a photo I.D. and receive FREE general admission.

I think this is a great idea Dave, I know some people worry about getting home later sometimes but heat like this can be a dangerous situation for drivers and fans alike. Very considerate thinking on your part!

The word "FREE" is all caps here, plus that's what it says on The 'Burg web-site. Must be true.

Ran into Dave at the USPS yesterday and he looked pretty much recovered from the slings and arrows and brickbats thrown his way after the Lawrenceburg ISW event. A few bruises, and bandages still visible but he was able to grin a little. Must have suffered a concussion though to be giving FREE admission Saturday.

Yes it FREE!! Notadime, zilch, nothing, notta!! all club nights are like that this year.

Maybe Dave could get the city to spring for large ceiling fans under the grandstand roof. Might also help disperse some dust.
