Add a new team to bump up the car count for the 2011 season.

Wanted to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and ask for a moment of your time.

DePalma Motorsports will enter all races in the 2011 Silvercrown series, we have entered some dirt shows for the past seven or eight years and have had some mild success (highlighted by our 3rd place finish last year at DuQuoin).
