Not just a hand cleaner though. Mrs. FB swears by the stuff for cleaning bathroom, stovetop (back before our stove broke ), refrigerator, range hood, etc. I have used it as well to clean up my mower, blower, line trimmer, and other tools. Good stuff IMO.
