After being sick for about 3 weeks I finally climbed out of my hole and decided to go to the Chili Bowl. Boy am I glad I did, what a race.

In the two days I was their with all the activities going on you begin to get the Summer racing grove going again, smells, dust in your drinks and in your hair, people you have not seen except during racing season, and the sounds of racing, engines straining to turn tires, dirt flying in all directions. You know what I mean if you are a race fan.
