Former Big 8 Series RoY and ASA Super Late Model Touring star, Michael Bilderback and journeyman racer Jason Dull have entered into an agreement to allow for the young charger to campaign the latter's Huss Ent. Inc./North State Motors/Bilderback Auto Parts/Atrona Material Testing Labs/Shaft Racing/JB's Italian Grille/JAMR Racing Engines/Jasondull.com #56 midget race-car "Special" in this Friday's Rumble in Fort Wayne (IN) event. Michael, who continues to add to his previous success in Illinois - which includes the 2008 Spring Classic at Rockford Speedway trophy - and Wisconsin Late Model racing, is a former champion in other "smaller" car divisions. This endeavor will mark his debut in the prestigious midget car ranks though. While the road Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahne, and others paved from the open-wheel classes to NASCAR has slowed some since the economic down-turn, Michael is excited to put this start on his accomplished resume. "No one could talk me out of this!", proclaimed the enthusiastic rising-star.

While Michael hopes for a strong run in the opening night's events, Jason currently has every intention of getting back behind the wheel on Saturday. "Although I look forward to the opportunities to campaign the Huss Ent. Inc./North State Motors/Bilderback Auto Parts/Atrona Material Testing Labs/Shaft Racing/JB's Italian Grille/JAMR Racing Engines/Jasondull.com #56 Special, during what many refer to as the off-season, in indoor events such as the Rumble in Fort Wayne; it seems as though just getting through the winter months are extra challenging to me. A recent transmission concern to our tow rig and other personal issues have put me in a position where the only way we can make this trip is through such a unique arrangement", said the struggling car-owner. "Unfortunately, it is my reality that I have a hard time just getting across the street to race."

Jason can recall very well watching Michael win his first Late Model race five years ago at the now shuttered Lake Geneva Raceway. "At the time I never would have guessed we would be combining for such an effort." Jason also looks forward to the team support Michael will bring along. "The earliest that my crew - which without any other interest; including girlfriend Nichole and a healing Justin Lindemann - may have been able to begin the 5+ hour trip was 2 a.m. Friday. As much as I hate to miss a race, it just did not seem to make sense to attempt competing on Friday without any sleep."

The recently assembled team is optimistic of recording positive results on the arena cement; with the dirt car that Jason drove to the "Fast Dash" win and a second place feature result in the final "regular series" event of 2010 at the well regarded Angell Park Speedway dirt track in Sun Prairie, WI. The Huss Ent. Inc./North State Motors/Bilderback Auto Parts/Atrona Material Testing Labs/Shaft Racing/JB's Italian Grille/JAMR Racing Engines/Jasondull.com #56 "Special" will be one of just a handful of primary "dirt cars" competing against the best-of-the-best such as other stateline area residents Kevin Olson and David Gough. If all goes well, Jason's intentions are to shift the preparations back to the dirt surfaces for the big Chili Bowl Nationals in Tulsa, OK. The 25th running of that event commences just ten days (9 if you take away the "travel" day) after the flag drops at Ft. Wayne. It is a short list of any who have attempted to campaign the same cars at both big events in recent years.

Jason, Michael, and the newly assembled team welcome any additional sponsorship and support towards these endeavors. Jason can be reached at 815 494-6002 or via email: jdull99@hotmail.com. Michael's contact information is 815 509-1266 and mbilderback2@gmail.com. Thank-you for any interest.
