Western World Qualifying Nights Unveiled

Kevin Montgomery, TUCSON, Ariz. (November 12th, 2010) – The excitement continues to build with only a few days remaining before the best sprint cars drivers in the world converge on Tucson’s USA Raceway to kickoff the 43rd Annual KRONIK Energy Drinks Western World Championships.

With more than 100 entries from 15 states already filed for the event set for November 18th-20th at Tucson's USA Raceway, The qualifying nights have been determined.

The stellar field, including eight former Western World champions and numerous track and series champions from throughout the country, has been split into two nights. The Lucas Oil National ASCS Sprint Car contenders and the ASCS wingless warriors will be split with half of each field running on Thursday night and the other half on Friday night. The top eight national finishers from each night's main events will be locked into Saturday night's $15k to win championship feature while the top seven from each night's ASCS Canyon Region features will make up the first seven rows of the $5k to win wingless championship feature. The balance of Saturday's feature lineups will be determined by qualifying night finishing positions.
