Can anyone tell me anything about these chassis's? I have a friend that has one that he may want to sell but he has no clue about them as it was given to him.
The chassis has wing mounts, motor plate and body panels. I did a search for them on google and nothing came up. It is a down tube car and the stock hood looks like an Olympic Bobsled in a way.
If anyone can offer up an assistance in the form of accurate information it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Les Kepler owned those around 1990 w Kodiak sponsorship. Haud was in one at Eldora I remember. And I think Wolfgang ran the alphabet at Knoxville. Not specific , but I hope it jogs somebody's memory.

Thanks,
The part that has me concerned is that since this particular chassis has never been built up that it maybe one of the Light Cage cars that were made back in the day with lighter cage tubing. Without an eddy current machine to test it I guess the best way to find out is drill a small hole and see how thick the wall tubing is.
What does a typical sprint car chassis weigh? I guess that would be another way to find out.
Thanks
