Indy and Champ Car merge???????

According to one Indianapolis TV station, it is a done deal as of today.
I hope this is as good for the sport as some are thinking. To me, it is all still just about money. Only two or three Champ car teams can afford to switch, especially this late in the year. If TG gives up chassis and engines to new teams, he sure is screwing the poor folks who came along in the beginning. MORE OVALS, LESS COST..........REMEMBER?

I thought Paul Tracey said he would retire before driving an IRL car?

I think the most important thing is all of this is what the over/under on fights Tracy gets into this year with other drivers. I set it at 10 and I'll take the over. Vegas should set a line on that. Hell, I could see him fighting Danica.

I don't see any "nearly" wins in the record books.
If they did count "nearlys" Paulie Tracey's little once "nearly" wouldn't even be a blip on the page!
He is an OK driver, but there are alot of OK drivers in this world. When it comes to open wheel greats, he doesn't even deserve an honorable mention.
