Yes they are. If the modifieds were smart they would get away from NASCAR. Their last race at monadnock paid like $3,300 for the win. Pathetic.

You are absolutely correct. However, NASCRAP treats them like illegitimate step children.
They always seem to put on a good show no matter where they run. The passion is there but the pay certainly isn't.
