20 year ago tomorrow we lost Rich Vogler at Salem on LIVE TV.

Rich Vogler has a Scholarship foundation to help racers go to college.
Over 300 $1000 Scholarships have been given away. Ryan Newman even was awarded one.

Many things have come and pasted since then and some keep on living thru work like the Rich Vogler Scholarship Foundation.
