Lots of announcements made tonight at the Big O about the upcoming August 4th race, as rumored last week Ryan Newman and Kyle Busch are coming from the Nascar ranks with two more Nascar stars to be named in the next few days. I am guessing that announcement will name Kasey Kahne and Carl Edwards as the other two drivers coming to Oswego. Kasey Kahne is once again involved in putting on the race.

I look forward to having the Silver Crown teams back at Oswego and would like to see this race grow to include the pavement USAC Sprints and Midgets in the future.

Wait so ROWDY is gonna be in a SILVER CROWN CAR????????????????????? If so I just gained even more respect for him than I already had.

Not sure Rowdy will be in a Silver Crown Car, he will be at Oswego and take a supermodified out for a demonstration like Kasey did last year. There are several meet and greets going to happend with the Nascar drivers. Guess it depends on if a Silver Crown owner wants to put him in there car or not if he will have a ride.
