With mother nature playing a big part in the time leading up to this race such as the heat during the day and the track drying out, and then the threat of rain at A-Main time it looked like the race would be around the bottom of the track in a follow the leader style.
We all guessed wrong. Showing the experience of the crew and the driving abilities of the driver this was the best race of the series as the lead changed hands several times and racing for position was going on thru out tha field.
With a, I have nothing to lose attitude, Brady Short jumped to the very top of the track at Brownstown Speedway and ran around the top five cars after falling back to 6th place.
On the 1st visit to the 58 year old facility for Sprint Week the series put on a great show. Enjoy.
