After an over night review by officals and track owner Joe Spiker I was informed that Russ Harper was awarded the win. Spiker reviewed eye witness, offical scoring, photos and video overnight to make his call.
Joe Spiker said that he respects how Russ Harper handled himself afterwards and is sorry for the mistake and has corrected it.
Russ will get credit for the win, money, points and trophy.
If you were at LPs last night you would understand that all officals had their hands full with all division.

Really close great racing, hard to call and have to applaud Joe for taking the time to do the right thing and look at all the evidence. It's one of the little things we don't see that a promoter does, making their job a hard one.
Thanks Joe ran there for the second time and the first time in many years and had a ton of fun and enjoyed the company in the pits.
I too thought Russ Harper won , Bubb passed him for a second before the flag mans stand and It looked like Russ got him back . Very close . Good job Russ and Bubb you guys drove a hell of a race , great finish . Are car 21 K bumped Bubb in the middle of the race and it bent something and it never drove the same . Torque tube was tight and the car was bound up . Oh well thats racing . There is always next week. Great Job Russ and Bubb.
