Can anyone identify this cowl? We understand this midget was purchased out of Northern Indiana. It is a 4 bar torsion with a later Halibrand "slider" rear end. The cowl was painted yellow and had painted red lettering with the following: Special Thanks to Kaye & Kelly
Driver Brian Mechanic Bill . We run this midget with V.A.R.C. with a little Chevy II/ Mercruiser. Who ever built it did a very good job of fabrication frame is definitely pro quality work. It see3ms like a late 70's or 80's built car. Photo attatched is the car but previous color is not known
