Quarter Midget Help Please

I need help to identify who built this car and when.We would also like to find the original engine. Any help would be appreciated. see attached photos. thanks Dean Buckley......aka jackslash-dad.....

He may be able to help you identify your car.It is a very early midget and the unique double cross spring front end should make it identifiable by someone.
