Was it just me or did anyone who was at Eldora Friday night ever hear the announcer ever say anything about who was driving what car? If this was the new announcer they were tooting their horn about than someone needs to tell him part of his job is to inform the crowd who is driving what car. Now that I think about it, I do remember him saying that Dallas Hewitt was in the blue #2. I finally found out about 4 o'clock this afternoon that Bill Rose was in the yellow 8, D.J. Ott in the red 41, and Scotty Wier in the yellow 2. Can anyone clue me in on who was in the white 1G?

That announcer didnt say one word for almost 2 hours after the 1st hot lap session. The only #1 car last nite was Hunter Schurenberg, I still have the sheet from USAC

Tim Wolffrum aka Cowboy ---------- Post added at 12:52 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:46 AM ---------- John....now I'm confused. I thought Bryan was in the Blue 2b, Scotty Weir in the Yellow 2 and Shane Hmeil in the 17B ??....Even more reason for the announcer to let us know. Tim Wolffrum aka Cowboy |

Thanks for getting me straightened out. I thought the 12B was 17B....even more reason to have the cataract romoved from my left eye. It's like looking through wax paper....hell to get old....and yes, they sure could have used Rob Klepper.
