Does anyone have information from today's HARF banquet? Who won what awards and who were the hall of fame inductees?
Thanks |

HOF: Chris Economacki(accepted by Dave Argabright) & Paul Hazen
DOY: Stanbrough Mechanical Achievement: Foxes and DRC Swap meet DOY: Puterbaugh 1st year driver: Kenny Niflis Sprint rookie: Bland Jr Media: Jim Morrison Announcers: Pat & Brad Sportsmanship: Roger & Barb Tapy Emma Ray Courage: Rich Winings Most Improved Casey Shuman I know I'm missing a few, I forgot to bring home my program. Highlights for me were a hand drawn picture delivered to me by Danny from the swordman himself Landon and a special appearance by Mr Happy. BTW the poster sized replica of this years DOY decal was signed by Jon and the whole crew and will be up for auction at the Vogler Daytona party at IMS. I even got Mr Happy to sign as Mr Happy which ought to raise the value at auction by at least $50 ![]() ![]()

Jiggs was the Dynamite Racers' Promoter's Option winner.
Duane and Sonja Alexander won the Gene Powlen Fan Appreciation Award. Among those making an appearance was iow.com's own Lloyd Walls, LPS Bombers' champ, who got in a good shot at a certain track owner. ![]() And Mr. Happy himself was pointed out to me. What a, uh, handsome guy. Jiggs will be glad to know that the Swordman loves the playgournd behind the bleachers. :thumb: A lot of those winners were awfully nervous. Glad I wasn't the only one.

ALL the winners and drivers signed it as well. It will make a nice addition to somebody. Make sure you come to IMS for the Daytona party and auction.

This banner is a very large copy of the DOY decal. DRC, Fox Boys and STanbrough have them hanging in their shops. Nobody else has them except of the signed one that will be up for auction.
