Riverside International Speedway, in West Memphis Arkansas, a high bank 1/4 mile speed plant that for 59 years has giving the sport some of the best dirt track drivers and best racing action and experiences.

We have the unique opportunity to aid this historic dirt track while supporting dirt track racing as a whole, simply by voting, online, on the Hampton Hotels "Hampton Save A Landmark" program. A direct link is posted below or you can find it using a search engine, search word "Hampton Save", selecting the hit, "Save-A-Landmark - Hampton Inn" taking you in the front door. Click- "Vote for 2010 Landmarks" Click- Voting States: Arkansas. This program's Arkansas information page lists the three finalist. Click- "Vote for this landmark". Their THANK YOU page follows saying: "Thanks for your vote! Check back on December 7, 2009 to see which landmarks will be saved next year"

Posted by Ben Shelton, MSR: Hampton Hotels, a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Worldwide, has an ongoing program, called All American Landmarks- Arkanasas, where they go to different states, and make improvements to historical landmarks. The landmarks not only get improvements, but also a ton of national press.

Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Arkansas is one of three finalists in the state of Arkansas. The facility is celebrating its 60 year of operation, and is the first motorsports related site to be nominated for the program. Voting has begun at the link below and will go on for thru December 7th. You can vote once per day. Let's try to put Riverside at the top of the voting for this national recognition. It's a huge honor just to be a finalist, but let's make it the winner.
