Fuel cell damage

We knocked a hole in our fuel cell when the brake rotor got into the cell during a accident,do they make a repair kit so you can repair a cell with a hole in it?The bladder is fine just a hole in the cell.

Call the manufacturer or one of the local plastic fabricating shops in your area and ask them if they can "weld" it up.
