On a completely non open wheel note, the Hell Tour begins tonight at Brownstown. It's not really a week, its a month. 27 dirt late model races in 31 days. Gotta admit that is a lot of racing, I would love to be able to see the whole thing. The points winner get $100,000. Its the 22nd year of this event.

Ohio sprint week starts Friday(19th) at Attica Speedway... there's 8 nights of racing

There is a whole week of midget racing in Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas at the end of July. POWRI / USAC shows

ASCS NW Speed Week consists of five races in six days.

Although not a true sanctioning body sponsored deal, you have the Southern Iowa Speedweeks. Ten straight days of racing (8 at Knoxville with 2 at Southern Iowa mixed in between). You got winged 360s and 410s plus non wing 410s. Someday I'll get there.

ASCS Speed Week wrapped up tonight at Lawton, Ok. Tim Crawley won the title. Bacon led by a slim margin going into tonight's race but finished midpack. Looks like he's getting better at running with a lid. Had some good runs during Speed Week, 23rd to 3rd at Creek County a few nights ago.
