PA racing has always done that with the support divisions, especially with the threat of rain....

The UMSS here in eastern Minnesota/western Wisconsin does 1 minute per lap for heats, dashes & features. So far, 4 out of the 5 features run have been shorten from the posted 20 laps to 15.
