yes its verry true to both your comments i was just woundering because there is a 1/4 mile or so dirt track in bunker hill across from the drag strip that gets no attention what so ever... and with a little TLC from someone that could be a good track..
---------- Post added at 02:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:27 PM ---------- well i was told that the owner wanted to much for it and tony told him he was out of his mind so i didnt know if he still went through it |

![]() Nobody ever says, "John Q Trackowner told me directly, it is ALWAYS, "I was told" The EXACT same thing was said about Paragon, Putnamville, Kokomo, and on and on! Hell, "I was told" a couple years back, he was building a brand new track in Columbus, but, "I ignored it" |

The columbus track was actually on paper at one point, then some of the people involved backed out because the City or County not sure which would not approve it, A real race track in Columbus will never happen after we lost 25th speedway

---------- Post added at 07:25 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:21 PM ---------- i was also told that since he got turned down by the anderson owner he was thinkin about puttin a speedway across from the anderson track sry everyone about the i was told stuff but im just tryin to get the situation straight im not a fan of pavement tracks..JW |

No, Kamp is the one on ebay, I don't think Jim, at Bunker hill, or his decendants, have had it on ebay, used to spend about every weekend there, he and his wife were real people. Bob
