I was there in June as a handler for the QMA Dirt Grands. It's the only QMA dirt track in California. The people in charge of the track were talking about the local goverment putting pressure on them when we were there. Here they are doing something constructive for the kids and those CA tree huggers ruin a good thing. Truly a shame.

Dale, it just my opinion but the MILLIONS Jeff has raised and contributed to Riley Childrens Hospital here in Indy may just be a little more important than funding a race team or a track. No slam on those who do like Tony and Kasey but someone with that kind of money and the platform to raise money should be able get behind whatever cause they see as important. Newman does alot for animals and has a scholarship fund, why didnt you jump on him? Before you think I am just a Gordon fan defending him look at my board ID.

Two local TV stations here in Sacramento reported on this last night. The county gave the club a 1 year extinsion to find a new home or find someone to buy the land. Then they said that Jeff was showing intrest in the land. Lets hope so.
