Race fans tuning in to www.usacracing.com will be able to view footage from Friday’s practice sessions and listen to driver interviews encompassing all three racing series competing in this weekend’s “JEGS Crown Midget Super Nationals.” The USAC Mopar National Midgets, USAC Midwest Ford Focus Midgets and .25 Midgets are all involved in the Columbus program. The .25 Midgets race on Saturday and Sunday at the track’s 1/20-mile oval, with the National and Ford Focus Midgets racing on Saturday night on the 1/3-mile.

Chief announcer Paul Szmal (we gave Klepper the weekend off) will orchestrate the live webcast and conduct the driver interviews. He will also elaborate on the .25 Midget announcement regarding a major special event which has been slated for 2009.

This weekend’s Columbus events are drawing entries from across the nation and will be pivotal in the battle for 2009 USAC National and regional championships.
