Mr. Foyt will be blowing out seventy-four candles on his birthday cake today! Seems like only yesterday I was watching him win at Indy, DuQuoin, and countless other venues. I believe his thirty-five consecutive starts at Indianapolis is one of the greatest achievements in sports history. Wish Indy car racing had some personalities like him in its ranks today.

Yes sir, I certainly was. I have only missed one HH since 1958, and 1982 was not it.

Sorry, I never took any still photos at races, only Super 8 movies back in the day. I have a digital camera now, but don't take many photos at the track.
