Be both. BC was a great midget track, but the facility was in poor shape. It isn't often we hear of a track being torn down, and plans to replace it. Let's hope they follow thru and put the new one in.

I'm glad to see a new track is being built. I saw a lot of great midget racing on the old track. Amazing how small it was.
