Disappointed that the Burg is not on the Midget week schedule. It usually was the best race of the week. The Burg took over gas city date last year and with the rain in the forecast they took a big hit.

So, I know weather was an issue this year, but didn't the car count drop by like 30% from the race before when they went to the Burg? I know the fans don't like to hear it, but car owners/drivers don't like to race the Burg. It is evident in the car counts.

Car count was fine at Burg Fan count zilch. I understand the weather but there's a bunch of so called fans that don't make the trip south even when it's good. Im sorry, I have to give props to Shane for running that race, Not only running it but getting it done because when I left there was a downpour to end all downpours. for half my drive home.
I also wouldn't say they don't like to run the Burg. The drivers do. The car owners consider it the same as every other big track they don't or rarely run on anymore. Midget motors are just wound too tight. The D2s had no problems.
