Chili bowl time

Is Tulsa on the same time we are or are the ahead or behind us.And with Kahne and Stewart amongst others with TBA rides does the driver half to be announced before the pill draw for heats tomorrow (Tues) or before the pill draw for heats in whatever night the car is to run?Thanks for any responses.

Thanks.But you cant move from one car to another if you have already ran correct?

I guess that depends on who you are.....its happened before.
