i looked at the speed website and they have a short little blurb about the chili bowl, but it is not scheduled to be on tv. are they showing it live, or are they doing some dumb condensed taped delayed thing like five weeks later?????

I'm curious too. No one can give me a straight answer on this.

I scoured the Speed website, but the only answer of sorts I could find was on the forum. They actually have a Chilli Bowl forum on speed.com. Here is what one on the members stated: Rookie

I read somewhere that the Chili Bowl will be televised on SPEED on Saturday, Jan 24th. If you want to keep up to date, check out the webcast info at http://www.chilibowl.com/pr121708racinboys.asp

All 5 night will be webcast.

Obviously not definitive. We really enjoyed the ppv show last year with the exception of the ******* announcer who had obviously never seen midgets before. Everything else was great.

Same here, Klepper was the only one that I could stand to listen to. I am sure there is a place in motorsports for the Lucas Oil tv crew but sprint car and midget racing is not it.

Just my opinion

I really enjoyed the Pay-Per-View last year. I wish they were doing that again, actually. I'm guessing it just didn't make enough money, or I'm sure it would be back again.
