POWRi schedule

I noticed that POWRi has not posted a schedule for 2009 on their website. The past few years they have run indoors at the Southern Illinois Center in DuQuoin. Last year they ran in Jan. and March, with the Feb. event being lost to an ice storm. Someone said they had seen an event scheduled for March at that venue, but I've seen nothing of it. Wonder if the races are a victim of the bad economy?

Yup...the DuQuoin fair website has a two day event scheduled for MArch 27-28.

I checked their website, and I did not find any info pertaining to an event on that date. There was a motorcycle race scheduled for late Jan., but no mention of any car racing.
