It would be interesting to know if this race track usually runs without an ambulance or not. If you have a standard practice of having an ambulance every weekend, it is hard to determine why one is not available for this show.

You might be able to "assume" from their press release if they run without an ambulance or not.

"It is the decision of the track to operate a regular race night with their other listed classes, but Sprint Cars will not be part of that lineup under the ASCS banner without a local ambulance service on the premises when cars are on track."

Back in the day there was no such thing as counties or towns having an ambulance service. The tracks bought their own ambulance and hired a driver with some medical experience.
