Everything okay over there? I see there’s an auction for his excavating company. Then when I looked morehe’s being sued by quite a few people. I hope this doesn’t mean the tracks in jeopardy….

They already have a schedule out for next year. Both Spiker and the quarry have equipment im sure they sell and buy as needed.

Got sued in July for shirts he had made for the racetrack. If everything is "OK" I would think a $2,400 t-shirt bill would have been paid before getting to the point of legal action.
