I went to Terre Haute last night; the track was very good for racing on. I think the big problem with the low car count is that no one wants to race on a half mile track as running on a half mile is hard on engines. Several engines failed in all divisions, the sprints, the super stocks and the mods. Maybe the cost to get to the track could also be part of the problem for all of the racers. Then there was the spectators, they had about one fourth of what they could seat. Not very many in the infield also. I paid $30 to set in the grandstand to see the show. I do believe part of the problem with the spectators is that they don't allow coolers in the stands, so the people with kids just stay home. The infield don't allow beer from what I gather. I think the promoters should change some rules about the stands and the infield. Then there was the $5 parking fee.

$30 is too much; Haubstadt charges $20
If they lowered the ticket price they would fill the stand and make more money because they would sell more food
I won’t buy anything from them because of their cooler policy
