Are the motorcycle engines these guys use 2 cycle or 4?
Whatever your answer, is this typical for all the many microsprint type classes? |

Fairly certain its any regular midget engine. The division2 cars are what use the ecotec Chevy Honda k24 or 1000 bike motors typically.

This engines for this class are significantly less than the National and Midwest regional. The engines are basically equivalent to what Badger runs with the GM ecotec and Honda K24, Ford Focus, etc.
200ish cubic inches vs 145ish cubic inches. |

So they're not motorcycle engines at all.... hmm, for some reason I thought the announcer said that....
What about the mini-sprints racing tonite at Haubstadt? They sound like motorcycle engines to me... |

USAC MIDWEST THUNDER SPEED2 midget race was awesome last night. Nice clean slide jobs by the top drivers. What a great night of racing at Circle City. Elbows were up! Track has great potential.

There were Honda and Suzuki powered cars in the field and many others. Then prohibition is aftermarket internal combustion engines
