 Check out this 1983 advertisement for MARA Midgets at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport, IA (now Davenport Speedway). The Badger Midgets will bring Midget racing back the track on Friday, May 21 for the first time since around 1997. Interesting fact about Davenport, IA.....both Mel and Don Kenyon lived in Davenport prior to moving to Indiana to further their racing careers! |
