In Brady Bacon interview, he made a statement that someone kept purposely throwing water on the bottom of the track during the yellow flags so that you couldn't run the bottom. I couldn't tell who was doing this on Flo, but if thats true that's pretty crappy.

He was talking about other drivers running down thru the mud and slinging it up on the racing line. It was somebody in a car. These lead guys were really gassing it! Hell of a Race!
