The first incident looked to me like Speed was holding Stenhouse up. The final was definitely blatant. Pretty interesting, and surely had to add some excitement to the race.

Speed got Ricky at Salem in September.

Comparing Salem and Toledo takes quite an imagination.

At salem, I didn't see Speed drill Stenhouse right off the corner, catch him in the middle of the backstraight and then drive through him until he hit the wall.

But ARCA felt neither did wrong both times, so what I, or anyone else, thinks doesn't really matter.
