I know this is a WoO question, but at the Charlotte World Finals WoO Sprint race, there was a driver named Steve Butler that participated both nights. I know it’s unlikely, but is this the same Steve Butler that drove in USAC?

No this Steve Butler is from Apple Creek ,Ohio I believe.
