Sycamore Speedway accident

Not an Indiana track, but northern Illinois. Another wreck where the car cleared the fence and ended up in the stands. Sounds like no injuries, thankfully.

I saw this elsewhere and the report was that there were no injuries. THANKFULLY!

Two in one weekend, maybe tracks need reevaluate their fence situation. Most tracks I've been to lately appear to be safe and resilient but there are more than a few that are tragedies waiting to happen.

Yes it was a bad one. Thankfully neither the driver or spectators were injured. Glad no spectators were sitting right there. Would like to see them update the fence in that area.

That was a really nasty one. Almost looked like it gained velocity after the first hit. At the very least, the track will need to rope off that last section of seating. Or post a sign "beware of flying midgets, enter at your own risk"
