This Friday the 19th is the first night of our 10 event Jacksonville Summer Midget Series. After putting out feelers to those in our Facebook group and by text we've received 21 responses to date of teams that are currently planning to visit us Friday. As always, that number will be somewhat fluid - but obviously it will be a nice field for a local show.

Pit gates open at 4:00. Hot laps at 6:30. Racing at 7:00.

Open 4cyl engines. Direct drive only. POWRi wheels and tires. You are not eligible if you won 2 combined POWRi/USAC events in 2018. Format is passing points with a 6 car redraw. Winner from previous week must start 6th or worse on their next visit.

As with most of our shows at Jacksonville, we plan to stream this live on YouTube. You get what you pay for on that deal - although we are working hard to improve quality without dedicating a ton of money to it.

The field is getting thick. Looking like a good chance we are in B-Main territory for the Midgets. Don't feel comfortable publishing names in case someone changes their mind - but an extremely talented field plans to visit us Friday.
